We measure what matters, share what we learn and use the evidence to improve our programmes.
"Early evidence does not tell the whole story, but it tells us where change begins."
In the opening session of the GROW pilot, women in Mpatasie and Deikrom started asking a question none of the facilitators had prompted: how do we keep farm records?
Women who have farmed for decades. Asking, unprompted, how to document their own work.
"Women who have farmed for decades are asking, for the first time, how do we keep our farm records?"
Field observation, GROW Programme Session 1, 2026Endline results come later. Early behaviour change is where the evidence begins.
We measure what matters to enterprise development—not simply what is easiest to count. Programme data is shared through the dashboard and annual reports.
Are women keeping consistent records of farm costs and revenues? This is the foundational behaviour that makes every other enterprise improvement possible.
Are participants using digital records, mobile money or market price tools in actual business decisions? Uptake is tracked, not assumed.
Are women making at least one cost-informed pricing decision? Are they connected to new buyers? Market participation with more agency is the core outcome we are working toward.
Are participants adopting sustainable farming techniques? We track actual adoption in the field, not self-reported awareness, and connect it to yield and resilience outcomes.
The GROW Programme dashboard tracks progress across the indicators we measure, with updates following field verification.
Summary data is publicly accessible. Full analytics are available to partners, donors and board members with authorised access.
Evidence creates value only when it is shared. We publish reports openly, including findings that challenge our assumptions.
Documents the starting point for 40 women farmers in Mpatasie and Deikrom across enterprise knowledge, digital access, market participation and climate practice. The reference against which all future change is measured.
